About Kashif Al-Arqam (English)
Kashif Al-Arqam (“Kashif” / منصة كاشف) is a free, community-oriented platform that helps people in Yemen and the wider region understand unknown callers, review community reports, and learn practical safety guidance — all from the browser, without installing an app.

Our mission
Phone-based scams, nuisance calls, and impersonation attempts are rising. Many users face a gap: global caller-ID apps often under-serve local numbers, while trusted public guidance is scattered. We built Kashif to combine three things in one place:
- Lookup: search a phone number and view available community/external labels.
- Reporting: submit structured reports about fraud, spam, or harassment.
- Education: publish guides on privacy, safe reporting, and digital self-defense.
What we are — and what we are not
- We are a public-interest information and safety tool with moderation workflows (reports, objections, evidence review).
- We are not a government registry, telecom operator, law-enforcement database, or a guarantee that every result is complete or correct.
- Results are assistive. Always use judgment and official channels when needed.
Trust, ads & sustainability
Kashif aims to remain free for end users. To sustain hosting, security, and moderation, we may display advertising from reputable networks. We work to keep the experience usable and to maintain transparent policies (Privacy Policy & Terms) that meet expectations of users, search engines, and advertising partners.
We invest in abuse prevention (rate limits, verification where enabled, admin review) because trust collapses when spam and false reports go unchecked.
Fairness & corrections
If a name or report associated with your number is wrong, you can use the objection flow (with verification/evidence when required). Accepted corrections are intended to improve what users see — not to hide unlawful activity.

رسالتنا
كثير من الناس يواجه يومياً مكالمات ورسائل من أرقام غير معروفة. الخيارات إما تطبيقات أجنبية لا تغطي الأرقام المحلية جيداً، أو غياب مرجع واضح يجمع البحث والبلاغ والتوعية. لذلك بنينا كاشف ليجمع:
- البحث: الاستعلام عن رقم وعرض ما هو متاح من تسميات/تصنيفات.
- البلاغات: رفع بلاغ منظم عن احتيال أو إزعاج أو انتحال.
- التوعية: أدلة عن الخصوصية والإبلاغ الآمن والحماية الرقمية.
ماذا نكون وماذا لا نكون؟
- نكون أداة معلومات وسلامة عامة مع مسار مراجعة للبلاغات والاعتراضات.
- لسنا سجلاً حكومياً أو شركة اتصالات أو قاعدة بيانات أمنية رسمية، ولا نضمن اكتمال كل نتيجة.
- النتائج مساعدة؛ استخدم حكمك والقنوات الرسمية عند الحاجة.

نسعى لإبقاء الخدمة مجانية للمستخدم. قد نعرض إعلانات من شبكات موثوقة لتغطية الاستضافة والأمان والمراجعة. نحرص على وضوح السياسات (الخصوصية والشروط) بما يتوافق مع توقعات المستخدمين ومحركات البحث وشركاء الإعلان.
العدالة والتصحيح
